Each mask comes with our tap technology to easily change settings.

1. Charge your mask with our supplied USB cord (Alternatively you may use other USB “Micro B” cords). You’ll see a circular blue light indicating that your mask is being charged. Once fully charged you’ll see a circular green light and can flip the “On” switch located towards the top of the mask when you are ready to use.

2. Tap once (easiest with your palm) to power the mask on toward the middle of the forehead.

3. Once powered on, you can select your desired color by tapping above the right eye (if looking at it) You can continue to tap to reach your color of choice.

4. Once you’ve selected your color, you can adjust the power setting by tapping above the left eye (if looking at it). Like the color setting, you can tap until you reach your desired level.

5. If you haven’t already, insert the eye protection and begin your session for 15 minutes.

6. Once your session is complete, you may turn the switch to off.
