Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Good price. Many LED lights with sufficient power to them. The mask is relatively easy to use. The biggest disadvantage is its weight. It’s heavy. I’ve attempted to wear it in sitting or standing position but because it’s heavy, it pulls on areas of my face. Therefore, I choose to lay down when I use it. Even then, to prevent it from pressing on areas of my face, I prop its corners up slightly with a thin blanket. 15 mins goes by fast and is doable in this position. Besides the heavy weight of the mask, two other things could use improvement. 1) I personally wish the eye protectors were connected to the mask so they wouldn’t fall off. 2) The strap is stiff and difficult to clasp.

The shipping was quick and it was delivered in a safe package. I and my husband have started using it daily for 15 min a day. I use the red and yellow light and after two weeks started to see results already. My redness went down, I had some broken capillaries around my nose and they are disappearing, which was the biggest noticeable thing. Also my wrinkles have softened around my eye. I am sooo overly pleased with this mask. 2 of my friends have purchased it as well now and i will be buying more as gifts for friends!
I love my mask! Fits well and is comfortable to wear. My favorite part is I’m not tethered to a cord. I’m a busy mom, so I can put my mask on and continue my nightly routine.
Only reason that I gave the Cleopatra a four star was that I don’t think I’ve given it long enough to see the results. The staff were very helpful with a problem that I encountered. I like the idea that they have a two-year warranty on the mask. I am hopeful.
I bought this for a fungal rash I keep getting on my face and my doctor suggested led face mask. I use red 15 min then blue 15 min everyday. After 10 days I broke out in a rash which is not fun but good because the light is doing its job, bringing it out and killing it. Now my face looks great, no more outbreak with the rash so far and my skin is looking beautiful. I love it. I did buy tanning goggles for better eye protection and really it’s nearly impossible not do anything while using the mask anyway. I just pray it continues to work without malfunctioning.
