Oreglory ships within the United States. We are proud to provide prompt, reliable delivery to customers across the U.S. (Please note: we are currently unable to deliver to military addresses (APO/FPO) and certain U.S. territories.)

Orders are delivered within the U.S. with final delivery typically handled by USPS. Some items ship from our international fulfillment partners, which is reflected in our delivery times. 

What Is the Shipping Time?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit time: 4–7 business days

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days. While we do our best to deliver within these estimated time frames, we rely on third-party carriers to handle deliveries, so we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries that fall outside these estimates.

Once your order ships, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order doesn't arrive, we're here to help. Please contact us at contact@oreglory.com and we'll work with you to resolve it — including a replacement or a full refund for orders that are confirmed lost in transit or never delivered.

For packages that tracking confirms were delivered to the address provided, or that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, we'll share the delivery confirmation, date, tracking, and carrier details so you can investigate with the carrier. In cases of confirmed theft after delivery, we'll do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
