At Oreglory, clear and reliable delivery is a priority. Below is everything you need to know about where we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect along the way.
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship to the United States only. We're unable to process orders to other countries, U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain U.S. territories at this time.
2. Delivery Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check all details before completing your order — incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Time
Once processed, your order ships from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. Average delivery time to the United States is:

6. Shipping Costs & Customs
Shipping is free on all orders. Any customs duties or import taxes that apply to your shipment are covered by Oreglory — you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
7. Payment Options

8. Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates typically appear within 1–2 business days after your package leaves the warehouse.
9. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange redelivery or another resolution. Please review your address carefully at checkout.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, delivery is considered complete. If you can't locate a package marked as delivered, contact us and we'll help you investigate with the carrier.
11. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, contact us at contact@oreglory.com. We'll help resolve it, including a replacement or refund for orders confirmed lost in transit. For delivered packages reported as missing or stolen, we'll do our best to assist with a carrier claim.
